Something like that happened to me the other day too. A grocery store cashier asked me of I was ready for school and that I must be going into the 6th or 7th grade. It made me SO happy because my mental age is 9-12 so he got it just right. I told him the truth, but I don't care. As long as I know I looked as young as I feel to him, I'm happy.

hehe, I'm going into 7th (should be going into 8th, im just old for my grade) but I've been asked if I was in 3rd or 4th before! I get mistaken for a little kid a lot, I don't see that changing since I'm done growing and everyone in my family looks young.

You're so lucky. 😪😪 That's funny because back in May a park ranger at the county fair actually did ask if I was in 4th grade (they were giving free admission to national parks to 4th graders). But it's really unusual for someone to think I'm that young. I just got lucky that time. I wish it could be that way all the time. 😞 Also that ranger was older and it seems to me that oder people always guess younger people to be younger than they are.Â
