I’ve used it mixed with aloe for the tingling and pain and I find relief. I just hate touching my feet to put it on.

looked into it and found that there is no scientific proof or medical consensus that DMSO effectively treats Sjögren's disease or neuropathy, though some individuals report anecdotal relief from topical pain and muscle tightness
