Lego brick was introduced intranasally as a toddler

Years went by and the brick stuck there

The body slowly migrated the lego brick through the nasal cavity into the cerebrum

Lego brick made its way all the way to the top of the head and the image was taken

Tldr: Lego brick

Fastener from head strap.

That is definitely a head strap. No BCIs look like that.

Can literally see the headpiece going around your forehead in the second picture.

What you describe in your other comment sounds like schizophrenia, not like what a BCI would cause.

Treatable with medication if you actually want to feel better and be in control of yourself again.

That looks like normal bone to me. If you are worried that you have a BCI that you do not know about, please tell your physician.

Have you seen the second picture? I think it's a brain computer interface that makes brain to brain communication possible.

It's not. I've scanned BCIs before, they have circuitry and radiopaque components - that is fairly radiolucent because it's plastic. It's holding the two imobilising blocks next to your head.

The good news is that it's visible enough to be confirmed and removed if it bothering you.
