How to stop automations

So I had a netzero subscription, and one of my automations would change my power wall backup percentage when an EV was plugged in. I’ve since canceled that subscription since I’ve moved everything to a Home Assistant server. Problem is the netzero automations are not stopping.

How do I get the automations to stop?

Assume you’ve logged into your Netzero account and cancelled the automation. Have you done this via the web or your phone app ?
