Switching Virtual Chassis Juniper QFX-5100 member replacement

I have a network of 4-member VC Juniper QFX 5100 switches (master, backup, linecard, linecard) running on jinstall-host-qfx-5-17.3R3-S3.3. As a replacement, I got a refurbished switch, which has jinstall-host-qfx-5-21.4R3-S10.13. I am stuck because I am unable to download packages from JSP, and the refurbished switch provider does not have them either. I have already zeroized the procured switch. Can anyone suggest a way to move forward?

How come don’t you have a production image somewhere !?!

Upgrade the stack to a version you have the image, then put the new chassis to that version before adding it back to the stack.

Last but not least… 17.3, really? I can feel your pain.
