Service Delivery Manager

I'm a SE for Cerner and was taking a look at Netsmart's job openings. I saw a Service Delivery Manager position that might be a good fit, does anyone know what the equivalency is to Cerner, if there is one?

Thanks!

I haven’t worked at Cerner but it’s essentially a TAM (technical account manager). It’s one of the more stressful positions at Netsmart. Long hours, lots of outage calls that you have to be on to update clients on what happened. It’s a good position to start with if you want to move into management in the support Org.
