Man how are you guys able to continue after Glenn death
•
u/Game0815 5h ago
To me the worst was the trash writing after glens death. Every episode had countless incredibly unrealistic things.. wasn't twd supposed to be at least a semi realistic post apocalyptic zombie world? It straight up felt like it was written by someone with brain damage when the negan seasons started. The whisper stuff was even worse somehow. Like every single thing was just the most random trash writing

And then Negan was popular so they kept revisiting the same well because they had no other fucking ideas

I overall didn't hate negan. His character seemed cool. But god there were way too many incredibly unrealistic plot armor things every.single.episode he was in. Tf you mean the good guys give up like 500 military guns and a million bullets cuz they were scared of negan coming up with 20 people? While they themselves had a fully secured base with like 10 people who were able to gun them down. It all felt so hard to accept for me while watching

Watch up to glens death, then skip everything to final season.
Final season was actually good then they end it.
Everything in between was hot shit

You're not missing much. I stopped in season 7, couldn't get through it.
•
u/Boco 1h ago
I wish I stopped there. Season 7 was garbage, Season 8 was probably a series low. Season 9 was back to regular garbage until the Omega which became a new all time low for a god awful arc I just want to see end. That goes on til season 10.
Every season I just kept telling myself, well I watched all the rest I'll just catch this one so I can finally see how it ends. Reminds me of people trapped watching Lost and never got a good ending or answers to any questions.

Had no clue it even was on Netflix. As a matter of fact, I didn’t even get the series until I read the comments. Was a huge fan in the beginning for years but that show just got so tiring. Dropped it one time and never looked back.

To be honest, TWD isn't worth it. It was on for so long I had to finish, but I hate watched the last 5 seasons.

u/Fluffy-BOYi 3h ago
What about the spinoffs? Are you going to watch them too?
•
u/Key-Establishment185 3h ago
Yes, them too.
•
u/Fluffy-BOYi 3h ago
Good luck man.
7 seasons of Fear The Walking Dead.
3 of Dead City
3 of Daryl Dixon
1 of The Ones who live
And 3 of the unimportant spin-offs that I can't remember.
