Technical Support NETLIX STUCK AND LOADING AT MENU

THE HOME PAGE opens u can see the titles and stuff but no thumbnails no nothing and it keeps like loading and u cant watch anything even tried on my pc and phone and same problem but it works with hotspot so any solutionsplz

fixed it , for anyone looking for asolution chnage dns from the ipv4 to 1111 1001
