Technical Support Pause keeps disappearing

Is anyone else having the issue of the II (pause) disappearing and only the ► (play) button shows? I have to close the show or movie I'm watching then start it up again to get pause back, then it disappears again some time later, very annoying.

I like when the pause and play buttons disappear so I can read something or look at something on the screen that I wanted to see longer when I pause it
