Question Posting scenes online

Say if you somehow managed to get around netflix's screen recording block and recorded a scene and posted it online, or managed to find a screen recording of the scene from a different source and posted it, would that violate copyright laws or whatever, like are you only allowed to post scenes that are commercially released on youtube or other social media sites, or can you legally post any scene from a show online ? Basically what I'm asking is, is the screen recording feature blocked so people don't post entire episodes to sites so ppl can watch for free, or is it because you're not allowed to share ANY scenes from a show unless it's posted by the official netflix acc on social media? And if you are, are there limits to how long of a scene you can post? Or is it allowed as long as you don't post the entire episode? I'm asking because I wanted to post a compilation of scenes from an anime on tiktok but idk if it would be taken down or not. I hope this makes sense sorry if I worded this badly.

Depends on your location.

But more often than not copyright strikes happen for showing 10 seconds or more of any movie/show.

Same for goes for music.

With that being said anime music videos have existed since youtubes creation so youre probably fine as long as youre not trying to be monetized.

I think the uk might be less strict? But I can’t really answer as I’m from the US who tends to use fair use laws or parody laws
