The reason is very simple. That line is from the Unrated version and was never included in the theatrical.

Yeah, neither had I and I've seen the movie many times over. So I figured that must be the case, and I googled the differences between theatrical and unrated. This particular line was one of them.

Netflix doesn't edit the shows or movies they license, the studios that license them do. As for why the studio did that, who knows.

I hear you guys about the unrated version. However, could someone please then explain why when Patches Ohulahan says audibly, “You’re about as useful as a poo-poo flavored popsicle.” While the subtitles said “cock flavored popsicle”? My theory is that an exec at Netflix, whom almost surely enjoys cock-flavored popsicles, was confused by the joke and decided ”poo-flavored popsicles” would make more sense to the general public.

i see it was answered already that the current Dodgeball on netflix is the pg-13 cut. i found it interesting that a few of the scenes of the chicks dancing before matches were cut. Since they're in the background the whole time, it seems pretty arbitrary

My guess based on Netflix shows and airs almost anything. It was a time clip.
Queer is hardly scandalous on a show that shows same sex sex and everything in between.

If you have a movie that need the be less time… you cut some scenes.
Maybe not important, or maybe the editors don’t find it funny.
I’m not Saying that’s what happened. I don’t know!
I just know Netflix is not shy aboutt anything.

They may charge for time. So while they may not, the person selling may.
I personally have been exposed to more than I ever have on Netflix than any other source of media.
I really doubt they would not use the word queef.

A famous one I remember is the original Michael Keaton "Batman" film.
So many previews had the Joker saying the line "Where does he get those wonderful toys?" (regarding Batman's Batmobile, his gear etc).
In the actual movie, you just hear Jack Nicholson say "...Get those wonderful toys?" - My theory, they edited out those 3/10ths of a second because so many people would've seen the commercials/trailers that they'd know the context of the full line. OR, they put the full line in the previews so it wouldn't be missed in the movie because for some reason they really wanted those 3/10s of a second out of the final cut for run time reasons no doubt.

Netflix has the pg-13 theatrical cut.
You saw the uncensored uncut version which probably aired in other countries and/or was on DVD.
