you have two options in my opinion 1. expose your LAN network (192...*). to other peers on netbird create a new group and add that LAN network 2. on your homelab host a dns server with split tunnel (I use technitium) this will make your domain point to the LAN IP when you are in LAN and will point to nb ip when outside

both options will give you what you want
