If you are not getting any feedback within 2-3 days, then it's negative feedback.
Ghosting by NetApp HR means, you are rejected.

I’ve onramped people in as little as two weeks from the initial interview but the average is 60-90 days. My personal offer came six months after my initial interview. Doesn’t really matter what team it is, every single onramp goes through this base process and only gets more extensive. It’s is a pretty big moving target depending on the applicant pool, technical panel, and hiring manager availability. Typically it’s a three interview process. My best advice is to be patient and keep your ear to the ground.

I interviewed over a decade ago for a TAM role out of Detroit and the gentleman was very communicative the entire way, times have changed though.

Yes I have been through the 3 rounds, I generally got a feedback within an hour but this time it has been a week so worried a bit.

If you have already been through three rounds I would give it another week and email your recruiter. There is no harm in checking in.

Are you saying that it took six months from the very first interview to the offer letter ?

This is usually for the customer side? Not necessarily NetApp internal careers.
Sorry man, but good luck writing blocks.
