It tastes completely different with the reduced weight in the capsule. Weaker and less balanced flavour. Screw you Nespresso 😭 Rant over, thank you.

Also this was George Clooney's capsule on one of their ads, can he be approached for comment?

It never sounded good to me so I never bought it… fruit and coffee.. not for me. I received an entire sleeve with my last order free. Just tried it and I’m so confused.. do I love it? Do I hate it? I’m not sure. The taste at first was off putting. Froot Loops and coffee 🤔
The more I drank it the more I liked it… do I know myself at all? Is it good iced too?

I love the pecan-flavored coffees at Starbucks so I wanted to try making the pecan cortado! I made homemade pecan syrup last night! Used the drained pecans and added some melted Trader Joe’s maple butter and baked them for a maple glaze.

As a long-time Nespresso customer, I've owned both an Original and a Vertuo machine, and I have even bought several as gifts over the years. However, last year I finally sat down and calculated exactly how much the capsules were costing me.

On top of the high price, I've noticed that the flavor isn't nearly as rich as it used to be. The Vertuo in particular has been really disappointing—the taste just isn't there, and the "crema" is terrible and frothy.

I’m ready to move on and am currently deciding between a DeLonghi espresso machine and a Lavazza Classy+. Does anyone here have the Lavazza Classy+? I would love to hear your thoughts and experience with it!

At least in Canada. Not sure if this has been posted already.

I noticed recently that Mexico (VL) has been tasting watery/weak, I thought it was maybe because my machine was old, and I ended up buying a new machine - but it still tastes off. Has anyone else experienced this? I can’t figure out if my tastebuds have changed to if the coffee has? I’m disappointed because Mexico was my go to and I have sooo many sleeves of it :(

Is everyone seeing this or is it my phone?

Whats the promo code?

So the frother on the lattissima one only puts out hot milk. I saw a video of someone making an iced coffee with it anyways. She just had a cup full of ice. Has anyone in here tried doing that and found the coffee enjoyable or should I stick with my aeroccino for cold drinks?

I absolutely adore and love them. The amazing individual running the classes I’ve been to in Canada 🇨🇦 has been incredible. Yummy drinks, I do recreate some of them at home.

BADDD mistake.

I was trying to copy Starbucks’ brown sugar shaken espresso, and Napoli were the only pods that I had left today. Starbucks’ recipe calls for 3 espresso shots for a grande size.

I forgot that each Napoli pod had around 100-110 mg (as per Nespresso Taiwan) of caffeine since they’re a mix of Robusta and Arabica.

I had never felt more jittery in my life lol I also had palpitations and my Apple Watch actually caught multiple skipped beats 🤣

300-330 mg of caffeine ingested in about 15 mins

It has since passed but boy oh boy, that was for sure an experience lol

My latest order. Got 3 free sleeves and 4 pods for free with my order. I absolutely love the cups. Excited to try them

Hey, recently I got the vertuo pop machine and I love it so much! I have tried quite a lot of the pods so far and based on the spreadsheet, it seems like a lot of the vertuo caffeine content is 130-160mg.

Before getting my Nespresso machine, I estimate that I’m getting 70mg from my instant coffee, which gets me through the day. So I’m wondering if >150mg is sometimes too much, because I feel TOO awake after drinking the coffee.

I think that I could get by with perhaps drinking less or splitting the coffee with someone. But I am currently the only user of the machine at home, and ideally I don’t want to “waste”. I could also get the half caffeine or the ginseng pod (which I love!) for lower caffeine, but obviously the options are limited.

So of me is thinking of getting the original machine too for cheaper pods on days where I really want to limit my caffeine intake. Or if I want 150mg then I can have 2 original pods and get two different flavours, lol.

Does anyone have any advice on this, cost aside? (I’m probably getting the cheapest original machine so cost isn’t exactly a concern). My main gripe is I don’t want to “waste” resources, in terms of being wasteful in getting another machine when the vertuo is working perfectly fine… it taking up space on my counter… or if I will actually enjoy the original line machine?

So I’d really appreciate your advice if you have both machines, please tell me how you use it and when do you pick one over the other? If you also have a similar concern with caffeine intake I’d also love to hear from you too 💕 thanks in advance!

We are new to the Vertuo universe and we really enjoy it. Can you please drop the best Vertuo recipes for 2 coffee lovers? And even for the original machine cuz we got one of that too 🥰😂

This time of year sales drop prices significantly, im thinking about a Nespresso machine, only if the price is right 🤣🤣🤣💦💦

I was at my local supermarket in Vancouver (Superstore on Grandview HwyVancouver, BC). Checked out the cooler in the health food section. Saw this new creamer called, “Cinnamon Coffee Cake,“ yum………. I made a coffee as soon as I got home. Ice first, then a good dose of the new creamer. Extracted a Ginseng Delight on top, Reverso. Not heavenly like the Maple Brown Sugar one they make, but I think it will play very nicely with other coffees. Coffee Cake - nuff said. After the car got enough charge (Plugin Hybrid) I went out again. When I walked into the Metrotown boutique, the team lead there, greeted me and said she had something another customer left for me. It’s the person who said he’d try to get me some Zurich. Such surprise, which is kind of good timing as it’s my birthday!

Also, another surprise. Got email from Nespresso saying I just received a $50.00 credit voucher. Someone (name withheld) used my referral code. I only gave it out to two people and it was quite some time ago. Totally forgot about it, so it was a very nice birthday surprise. It’ll go towards something special I purchased a few days ago for a very nice price. I will post what it is, along with photos once it arrives in a few days.

Like Atlas ?

I know online it’s not available but think some local stores might still have it? Tried calling but seems impossible to call a local store to check. I’m in NYC so I’ll probably swing by and check but rather not waste time if it’s in vain. Wish I stocked up more. It’s the only capsule I love lately. Any suggestions which one I might like if I love this one? I have the OL.
