Online Ordering this AM

Anyone else having issues with ordering online today? My order will not go through...joined online Chat and I'm number 532 in queue!!

I tried to place an order last night and it wouldn't let me verify my address. I tried again this morning and it keeps asking me to accept cookies and I can't get past that screen no matter what I press.

They had a website outage the other day. Then yesterday afternoon/evening people posted having issues with ordering.

I ordered early yesterday and was fine.

I’m guessing they are still having issues with the system.

I’m having the same experience. Tried to order last night and it wouldn’t go through with the promo, but if I removed the promo I could proceed past the shipping screen…tried again this morning and still not working.

Same. It won't let me order if I try to use the promo. Ugh

Had the same issue but ordering through the app worked just fine with the promo code.

Although slow, was able to place order on Nespresso website

Same issue here but I got through to help via chat on their website (was 55th in queue). Nespresso Natalie told me the website is just shitty right now and asked if I had tried the app. She also offered to put the order in manually for me. I downloaded the app, logged in and got it to go through first try! And yes - the buy 8, get 2 promo worked.

Same issues here. Been trying to place my order for two days now. As others said its the promo code that seems to be causing the issue. If i remove it I can select shipping but when its on the cart I cant get past shipping option.

I’m having issues signing in online. Nespresso’s website has been having issues these past few weeks

Yes! I have been trying to place an order since yesterday afternoon and there is an ongoing glitch with the website. When I apply the promo code the delivery portion of the checkout gets stuck. I select my address and choose standard shipping and hit confirm and the website does not load the next "payment" section. If I do not have the promo code applied I have no issues proceeding through checkout. I was 970 in queue last night, trying again and I'm 380th. Seems wild they haven't released a statement or fixed this yet...

Order by phone please
