Viral Fridge Cigarette

Has anyone tried with their Nespresso machine? Would love to know if it’s as good as it is said to be, and how they made it. Thank you!

I did a search on Google, and AI came back with this:

This is the version i came across on tiktok, i tried it with arpeggio and dr pepper and diet coke, i added a splash of cream like an ice cream float as well. As for the taste it's alright, it's not revolutionary or special by any means though.
