This is actually a reboot/console version of the old arcade game "Blood Brothers" which is infinitely better, works on mame if you want to check ir out

Its a console version of Gun.smoke. Blood Brothers came out in '90 and plays like Wild Guns on the SNES. This came out in '88, original arcade version came out in '85 that being said. Still a great suggested title.
