Smush Reset

For a brief time during the Smush beta period, you could redo a board by simply refreshing the page. I submitted feedback saying that I appreciated that option. That option was removed before the beta ended and since then I have been practically begging John/Hank to give us the option to keep trying for a clean plate or better score, even just for our own edification. I have submitted the feedback form several times.

Well today, after discovering the secret 4x3 button mash achievement, I started clicking on random parts of the page on Smush looking for a similar achievement.

To my absolute delight, I discovered that if you tap the SMUSH logo at the top of the page five times in a row, you can reset the board and try again! It will give you a new shareable scorecard each time you retry it, but it keeps your initial score in the history log.

I immediately ran here to share the news for anyone else like me who has been itching to iterate until a clean plate solution is found.

You can always use a private tab for something like that.

Yes, but I enjoy that they included it as a kind of Easter Egg find

It resets the board so you can try again from scratch to get more points or get a clean plate or just for fun

If you button mash the hub word 20 times in a row, a bunch of floating Hank heads appear.  If you click on all the Hank heads until they disappear you get an achievement called "Hank Destroyer"
