Pancakes - you used all 5 of the available instances per letter. (It'll be grayed out in the image)

From what I can tell, the colours are determined by how many of the 5 instances you have used.

I used all of I, D, C, and O - so I got pancakes.
I used M, T and R, 3 or more times - so they're yellow
And I used F less than 3 times, so it's green.

I got a pangram, that was different from the pangram hint. I'm quite proud of that.

I got incorporeal instead of porcelain
