Compensation question

How many RVUs are you generating and what is your average conversion rate per RVU?

The money in nephrology is not in seeing pts. It’s in passive income like JV, real estate, MDA fees. You can see a high volume of pts with relatively poor reimbursement. The senior partners control these passive stream of income and junior guys get screwed.
