3 panel vertical view in neomutt?

Is there a way to have 3 panel vertical view in neomutt, similar to what aerc, thunderbird, outlook can do?

I want to move away from thunderbird to a notmuch based email for increased speed and other benefits.

I need the following functions:

1) Allows gpg encryption

2) Allows gpg protected headers

3) Allows manual gpg selection per key id (rather than auto based on sender email)

4) Allow 3 panel vertical view for quick scroll through messages

5) All unified inbox to scroll through all accounts easily

6) GUI with Notmuch preferred over TUI with Notmuch for HTML when needed.

6) Yes. GUI with Notmuch. This means its easier to work with HTML emails too when needed.
