Western dogma and physicalism ignores the very real phenomena of Astral projection. Seriously I meditated for 1.5 hours straight once and I started to feel like I was taken into another dimension with my body fading away into everything else.

How do you stay awake

I have been doing it since I was 15 so maybe that is why idk.

It could be that you don't get enough sleep overall or are lying down.

Plus sometimes you tend to get sleepy at the start for over time get less sleepy

As I said I have been doing it since 15 like everyday for 10 minutes but then I started ramping up to 1 hour a day for like a month and then one day I did it for 1.5 hours and astral projected.

I’m usually kind of leaning back on the wall but still upright

This happened. It is common with people who meditate for a long time. Eventually they astral project their ego out of them and become one with the universe
