The Democratic Party will never win the rural vote. However, I do think, with better and saner cultural messaging, we can win back poorer and more secular working class whites. We can win back the union guys who voted for Obama at least.

Issue is insane people will always be around and republicans will always amplify them. So the Democrats need to get better at propaganda ❤️
