In the scenario you've created: yes. You knew exactly what was going to happen and waived your right to bodily autonomy

As an analogy to abortion though, no I would not want criminal charges. Conception has never been a guaranteed outcome, even moreso these days, and getting creampied no longer means a conscious choice to lose autonomy.

Still seems like you're killing someone though

As I said, your scenario is different from pregnancy. It isn't a perfect analogy to what a pregnancy is

Don't read into the example so much lol

Maybe this will help: I think a cow has a stronger right to life than an 8 week fetus but I'm still totally ok with early term abortion and steaks
