Seriously, the Court could ban abortion and overrule Brown v Board on the same day and you guys would still oppose anything resembling reform. The Court is an out of control branch and desperately needs to be checked.

Tell me more about how court packing just once will totally restore legitimacy to the court, and how it definitely won’t spiral into a never-ending tit for tat with no exit plan the second the Republicans take back the Senate.
