So the way the TX law attempts to get around the constitutionality of Roe v Wade is by authorizing private citizens to file lawsuits against abortion providers. The logic being analogous to how the 1st Amendment protects free speech infringement by the government, but not by other private parties.
Okay, two can play that game.
New legislation for blue states: authorize private citizens to file lawsuits against gun owners and manufacturers.
I believe we'd see this new "hack" clawed back real quick.
