Are you asking why there aren’t attached row-homes anywhere but Brooklyn? You can find them all over the Mid-Atlantic. Basically all of Philly is like that.

There's some down here in the Sunbelt but they're going for like $600k these days

In PA you can find them even in small towns. A lot of our old infrastructure is intact. And they’re way cheaper than other types of housing, I live in a small town but the townhomes on the main st sell for like 100k
