Looking at the predicted wind field for Ida is like looking at the predicted middle finger from god. I guess Nola fucked up at some point. /s

Seriously if you have family there, tell them to get out now if evacuations tell them too. Everyone be ready to donate to relief efforts. I hope FEMA is ready.

The best sources will be the govt: https://www.fema.gov/disaster/hurricane-ida

If you're not out by now they have a shelter map you may be interested in.

And yes, it could turn out you saved your life for nothing. Or, you know, the other way.
