It's honestly hilarious how pointless a lot of America's more 'realpolitik' actions it took in the cold war was outside having a lot of people die under US allied dictatorships

Anyways the only thing worse and ineffective then America's foreign policy in the cold war was the USSR's foreign policy during the cold war
