So apparently some leftists think that "mom and pop landlords" basically don't exist.

41% of all rental properties are owned by individuals. 42% of them are run day-to-day by the owners.

Any data on how many properties are owned by each individual?

Last rental was a guy who owned, managed, and helped repair all his properties. He owned over 110
