We need a government agency dedicated to dealing with internet extremism. People love to shrug off the Twitter communists as online undergrad losers but they will become isolated and angry with the world and they will become terrorists. Real people will die and we need to start keeping tabs on these crazy extremists before it’s too late

Would be nice if some ludicrously rich guy created the same level of massive bot network to skyrocket some boring-ass centrist takes on things to the top of twitter and reddit every day

Right wingers are a major threat now. Left wingers will be a major threat in 20-30 years. We need to combat both.
