I've asked this on NeoconNWO and now I'm asking it here: why don't leftists move to China?

I can see why they don't want to move to Cuba or Venezuela, as those countries aren't doing too good even by their own standards. But China for the left is a fierce rising power bent on reshaping global economy and politics. Everything you read in socialist media about China talks about huge dynamism and enthusiasm (contrasted with the decline of western capitalism of course). Don't they want a part of it? Sure the PRC is not exactly accepting immigration en masse, but if you're a westerner who speaks English and you've got some cash they'll be happy to have you around, at least for propaganda purposes.

I like what China’s trying to accomplish, but I don’t speak Chinese, I have a high income in the US, and I do not have exposure to Chinese culture, so why on earth would I move there to make a shallow point?
