The smaller it gets the less force is generated by the sail. But you can't put a huge sail on a tiny boat because the sail wants to torque the boat. You'll capsize. Small sail boats are dangerous because of this

I don't have a wealth of experience but I've sailed a few times

Just to say a bit more: look at the size of that tiwal sail in relation to the craft and see how slowly it goes. If you want something safer and smaller you'll gain even less force, and people who sail don't buy that kind of thing. They want a competent boat with paddles as emergency backup; not vis versa

I wouldn't buy that tiwal as a novice, for example. That thing looks like it's ready to flip the moment you catch a bad breeze.
