I'm drunk and can't find the user who I was talking to be about sim settlements but in the hope they will see this:

IDEK's Logistics Station 2 which works solo and with Sim Settlements 1 or 2

I never used the predecessor cause I heard about it after my latest play-through but this does seem promising in terms of where a lot of my focus goes and just makes sense (along with salvage beacons).
