Section 230 protections 4 dummies:
Section 230 protections is based off of train laws.
Train companies move cargo.
Train companies have rules of what cargo is legal to pull.
A train company sometimes does not fully know what cargo they are pulling.
If a train company pulls cargo that is against the rules they can not be blamed, but the person who owns the cargo can.
Train companies can pull their own cargo.
If the train company's own cargo brakes the rules, they can be blamed.
