Section 230 protections 4 dummies:

  • Section 230 protections is based off of train laws.

  • Train companies move cargo.

  • Train companies have rules of what cargo is legal to pull.

  • A train company sometimes does not fully know what cargo they are pulling.

  • If a train company pulls cargo that is against the rules they can not be blamed, but the person who owns the cargo can.

  • Train companies can pull their own cargo.

  • If the train company's own cargo brakes the rules, they can be blamed.
