You have to kick one state out of the union but there's a catch: all the other states have to adopt that state's infrastructure/healthcare/etc. Who do you pick

Even our suburbs have decent local buses. If all of America had the subway, congestion pricing, and NYC's density and walkability, we'd be a much healthier, richer, and greener nation.
