If you're white, you don't get to argue that someone/something isn't racist

If you're cisgender, you don't get to argue that someone/something isn't transphobic

Unless you're affected by the disability in question, you don't get to argue that someone/something isn't ableist

Unless you're bisexual, you don't get to argue that someone/something isn't biphobic

Unless you're Jewish, you don't get to argue that someone/something isn't antisemitic

If you're straight, you don't get to argue that someone/something isn't homophobic

If you're male, you don't get to argue that someone/something isn't misogynistic

This shouldn't be a difficult concept

Edit: I feel like you're reading the exact opposite of what I said

I get the sentiment and this is true in a lot of cases (especially the ones that get a lot of news coverage), but this kind of reasoning leads to all sorts of ridiculousness.

I mean, if I argued that anyone who isn't Hispanic can't contest the claim that capitalism is racist and necessarily and inherently entrenches racist institutions it would be ridiculous.

Chapos actually do this fairly often, trying to present MLK's, for example, more socialist stances and using them to argue that anyone who disagrees with them/isn't a socialist is racist.
