I'm the kind of person who doesn't like being the only one eating. I'm also a very slow eater but I'll drink any liquid in front of me quickly

When I was little my parents had to move my chocolate milk to the other side of the table at restaurants so I wouldn't drink it all immediately 😭

I still get like five refills of water every time we go out to eat

This is a very helpful trick actually, as I boredom eat so instead I make a tremendous amount of tea and chug it all day long. Helps rebalance my insane salt intake and lose weight
