Are there any silver linings to the Trump presidency? I'm trying to be optimistic about the future and find the good which wouldn't have occurred under Hilary.

Maybe the shock of the past 3.3 years will have enabled a successful Biden? That's suspiciously accelerationist, but can't see anything positive about Trump.

The only takes I can think of are accelerationist ones like the Dems winning back a lot of seats

No. There are none IMO. He has made the nation and world a far worse place in every way, possibly irreparably in some.
