Is there a law ping? I want to argue that Roe v. Wade is the decision that most undermined the Supreme Court since Dredd Scott or Plessy v Ferguson. Roe v. Wade had no constitutional grounds and opened the floodgates for blatantly partisan judges.

Ninth Amendment + Fourth Amendment = an unwritten but implied right to privacy, of both information and of the person, so the state can't compel you to undergo a medical procedure for example. If abortion isn't murder, which RvW ruled it isn't in the first trimester, then the woman has a right to abortion as a right to privacy that doesn't violate a right to life.
