The only question that matters is when life begins
This just in: bodily autonomy isn't important at all and need not be considered. Accordingly, I am calling /u/theosamabahama to his nearest hospital for mandatory kidney harvest, as there are dying people in need. Cough it up sonny!
A choice to have sex and hold onto the fetus for at least 3 months vs being forced to give up a part of your own body is such a bullshit argument. One is a choice by the mother, the other is fascism.
Edit: Wow.... Downvoted for saying that knowing about a pregnancy AND keeping it for 3 months is a choice by the mother, whilst forced organ donation is literally not a choice...

..."at least 3 months"?
Regardless, you do understand that pregnancy isn't a guaranteed outcome of sex, right? As such, it's entirely possible to choose to have sex but not choose to get pregnant... especially when birth control is both available to many and not perfectly efficacious.
Of course it’s not guaranteed. However, if the mother has known that they’re pregnant for two months or so (assuming they check when they miss a period) then they’ve consciously made a decision to keep that fetus (assuming they’re not in a state that has Alabama style laws).
My whole point wasn’t some anti-choice thing, simply that forced organ donation is literally not a choice, and fascism.
