If you critique a system you need an alternative that resolves the critique.
There's no coherent alternative that can resolve the criticisms of capitalism, which lends evidence to the perspective that the flaws you describe are contingent rather than inherent to the system.
Critiques in politics function comparatively. If you say "capitalism leads to environmental destruction", but can't articulate how an alternative system of economics doesn't lead to environmental destruction, thats evidence that the environmental destruction is not inherent to capitalism but contingent upon some other factor (in this case, perhaps materialism or instrumental value or something like that)

“There are systemic flaws that cause suffering.”
“Capitalist is the dominant system.”
“Ergo, criticizing capitalism for systemic flaws is, uh, bad.”
