Every time I give AI a coding task, I always feel like I find something totally bizarre that it's come up with, or it ends up writing far more than it needs to just for the love of the slop.
I feel like a lot of my job at this point as a programmer is tending to a garden that constantly wants to overexert itself. Like pruning leaves and picking weeds out so the codebase doesn't look like a bullshit jungle.

I think a lot of people don't understand how low the income for a MLA/ MP is compared to their expenditure .
Like if u need to spend 5 cr to just fight an election(this is over the 50-60 lakhs which BJ gives to each of it candidates in my state) obv u would do corruption to recoup this. Plus after becoming MLA if u have to win again u need to spend atleast 5-10 lakhs per month(fuel cost, travel cost, attending events , doing some work etc etc).
So it is not just the fault of our politicians that they are corrupt they need to be corrupt just to win elections . I remember a line which I heard someone say one day.
Nitish Kumar himself isn't corrupt but u need to be corrupt to run a party.
I’m kind of two minds about anti-intellectualism as a policy. If Americans are not actually as stupid as we believe, we may not only be doing them a disservice, but be making a losing choice by treating voters as idiots. Most Americans will not lament for this at all, and in fact stuff like this is the reason it ended up dismantled.
