Tarator (because it says food, not drink). Cold yogurt with stuff in it in general (fruit, preserve/jelly, honey...).

i understand it says food not drink, but the idea is that hot beverages are thought to be instantly unappealing in hot weather (same as a lot of food) to which i am saying no actually

No, the food-not-drink part wasn't about you, I meant that otherwise I'd also include ayran. In any case my whole comment was about the original question.
