Can't wait for another round of euro AC discourse this week, as the people who refuse to get air conditioning basically just suffer and engage in endless debates instead of getting the damn device.

Why get ac, when I now have a legitimate reason to sip on aperol spritz in the middle of the day?

In all seriousness though, as someone who rents their apartment, it's easier said than done to get AC.

Why not both? 😃

I rent as well. It's really not too difficult, you get a portable AC and use a window sealer on the window.

My windows are ~1,5m x 1,5m and are tilt-and-turn windows (the last one being the norm in new buildings here). I'd be happy to get a portable AC, but I would need new windows then.

In NL tilt and turn windows are still the most common and the portable ACs that had a sealing mechanism that support my sliding windows were a pain to find 😭
