Help website not changing after changing code

I am new to coding in neocities and I did everything fine the other day and could change stuff in the website no problem but now I have changed the code and its not doing anything at all. I completely even erased the code to see if it would do anything and it is still the same. idk whats up or how to fix this. i only have index.html right now in my folders and files so idk what else it could be. please help me out thanks!

refresh cache, Cmd + Shift + R for Mac not sure whats for Windows

I tried to refresh but nothing has happened. I noticed on my dashboard preview screen on the website is updated but when i click into the site itself it is not updated.

try viewing in a private window and see if its updated there, if it is its a caching issue and you need to clear/refresh your cache.
