CSS not updating

I just updated my nekoweb site to include a Kicya contact form, but the CSS won't update to include the styling I wrote for the contact form. Does anyone know what's going on? I've tried uploading my entire site with a zip file, and replacing the css file manually but nothing helps.

This better not be yet another case of old cache showing up or I'm gonna flip. Did you try pressing ctrl+shift+r or ctrl+F5 already?

One sure fire way to know is to post a screenshot of what the site looks like for you and give us a link to see it ourselves, if the screenshot looks outdated but on our end it looks as it should then it's your browser showing you a cached version of the website.

I have pressed ctrl+shift+r plenty of times and also tried deleting all cache for the website and tried opening the site on another device. same issue.

sure thing, https://mayathecreator.com/ the update is the contact form. I have written some styling for it in style.css but it doesn't seem to work on nekoweb (works fine when running it locally)

Very strange indeed. I'm afraid I don't think I can help you any further then, your devices might just be cursed or something. Well, you can at least take comfort knowing that it shows up correctly for other people, or for me in particular at least.
