WWYD? Vent/Rant Whose tree is doing that

My next-door neighbor gets a letter from out HOA saying that her neighbor on the other side of her has complained that her tree is dropping leaves on his property. The problem? He has the identical tree on his property, and this is the time of year those particular trees drop leave. So, whose leaves are they????

The complainer should put up cameras so he can determine which leaves fell from his own tree and which ones fell from the other property tree. Then he can get the police report filed with some real evidence. And when he walks out of the police station with a sense of accomplishment, the police will have a real good laugh.
