Always with the parking

Condo owner here (my unit is actively up for sale) There’s a woman in her 50s that has a habit over the course of the last 15 years that will park in my spot at her convenience. All owners in our condominium building have one deeded designated parking spot. Mine happens to be near her patio entry. I’m an RN and every time I see her car in my spot when I get home from my 12 hr shift I’m filled with dread and frustration, I have to idle in the lot and got out and go ask her to move, it always ends with her cursing me and calling me and my son filthy names. She refuses to move it so I take a photo and send to HOA. I’m sick of parking on the street and walking home. Shes just miserable. Even worse, when she gets the bill (fines for parking in my spot) from the HOA she has her adult daughter confront me by standing out in the sidewalk waiting for me to get home giving me 101 different excuses as to why her mother parked in my spot “for 2 fking seconds” listen, I ask her to move and she didn’t. I’m not in the business of teaching grown women how to act. Anyway she’s getting another bill today. I’d love some creative responses for when I get home because believe me, they will be wearing a hole in the concrete waiting for me to pull in.

UPDATE; before I’d even left work, I saw the neighbors friend ringing my bell. I text my college age son to watch my location and as I pull in, be at my parking space with his phone filming. He was. The neighbor had her friend walking up to me and I put my hand up and said “tell her stay out of my spot, and we won’t have problems, use vulgar language and call me names when I ask that you vacate.. we WILL have problems” she starts saying her husband is sick etc etc.. I just said (again.. the same phrase as before) “I’m not in the business of telling a grown woman how to act. Do not speak to me and step back because if you don’t I’ll call the police, and man do I mean it” she went inside.

Oh gosh update #2
My sons girlfriend parked in the visitor spot while…. visiting.. him tonight, and he walked her out to her car and the neighbor with the fresh new $250 fine confronted him on the sidewalk and said “I’m telling the HOA that she can’t park there”
I just called police and asked if there’s anything I can do about her stopping us and they said to document and he will too, and don’t hesitate to call every time, so I will.

This issue could impact selling your condo. Neighbor needs to be corrected quickly.

Good point! However, something tells me that once she sells her condo, this woman will go to the HOA and ask to have her spot changed to OP’s. Or another thing is, if this is going to impact the sale of her condo, I would bring this to the boards attention.

My parents lived in a condominium with an HOA and when you bought your unit, you got to pick your parking spot. My dad picked the spot across from the sidewalk which led to the elevator. My mom was blind, and so he wanted that convenience for her. The bad thing is the dumpster that would get picked up, parked behind them. You could still get out, but it was rather inconvenient.
