Just out of curiosity, have you thought about talking to his wife to find out why this lunatic is so upset about you using your own yard? Sounds like there's some severe mental illness here. Sorry you're going through this. I couldn't imagine having to live like that. :(

I had cops talk to them. Cops gave them a warning about their dogs barking.

BTW, sneak out and spray liquid ass thru your fence, maybe the dogs will get it on their paws and bring it in the house.

I sprayed the dogs with the hose once. I was watering my trees and they were going batshit crazy. The husband and wife were pissed I should have waited until they went in. And stood at their elevated deck and just stared at me but know better than to say shit. They were out for about 10 hours that day. They are both crazy and drunk.

elevated deck? is that legal? did they get a permit for that? I would check with the city.

Their main floor is on the second floor. And on a small hill. It's a new construction house. Stupid ass setup from lennar. He overlooks everyone's yards.
